At Balmy Tours and Travel, we strive to offer our clients the most flexible and transparent cancellation policies while ensuring that our business remains sustainable. Below are the terms of our cancellation policy:
1. Cancellation by the Client:
- 30 days or more before departure: Full refund minus a 10% administration fee.
- 15 to 29 days before departure: 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
- 7 to 14 days before departure: 25% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
- Less than 7 days before departure: No refund will be provided.
2. Cancellation by Balmy Tours and Travel:
- If we must cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political instability, or other safety concerns), clients will be offered the choice of a full refund or an equivalent future travel credit.
3. Changes to Bookings:
- Clients may request changes to their booking (e.g., travel dates or itinerary modifications). Such changes are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
4. No-Show Policy:
- Clients who do not show up on the day of departure without prior notice will not be eligible for any refund.
5. Travel Insurance:
- We highly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, or other travel-related issues.
